Monika Ginter, community manager for Forever Entertainment, has confirmed that Panzer Dragoon: Remake will arrive on both Steam and GOG.com on September 25.
We’ve received a confirmation that both the Steam and GOG.com releases will premiere on 25 September, confirmed by Monika Ginter on the Forever Entertainment Discord. The official Panzer Dragoon: Remake Twitter has also released a couple of videos announcing both the Steam and GOG releases with this date.
At this point in time the GOG.com listing hasn’t been updated with the same information as the Steam release, so it’s unclear if the GOG version will also include support for achievements and cloud saves (via GOG Galaxy) like the Steam version does. But it will come with a stand alone installer, as with every GOG release, which gives it an advantage over Steam in terms of offline installations.
Monika Ginter has also confirmed the price of the PC version: US$24.99, the same as the Switch version. Will you be buying the game on Steam or GOG?
