Panzer Dragoon: Remake will soon be available on Steam, GOG, and PlayStation 4! Forever Entertainment also announced that an Xbox One version is planned and will be released a little later.
After previously launching on the Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia earlier this year, Forever Entertainment has now announced that Panzer Dragoon: Remake will also be made available on Steam, GOG and PS4! Answering questions from people asking about an Xbox One version, FE said it’s planned but will arrive “a little bit later”.
With the game arriving on PC we’ll likely have the definitive version of the game available soon. It’ll also be interesting to see how well the game runs on PS4 and Xbox One, as well as the potential enhancements it will feature on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. So far we’ve only had the Stadia version to compare to the original Switch version of the game, and they only really differed in resolution and framerate. Given the backwards compatibility included in the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, we can also assume the game will be playable on the next-gen consoles. Whether or not owners of the PS4 and Xbox version will receive a free upgrade for the confirmed next-gen releases isn’t known yet.
You can currently wishlist the game on Steam and GOG. At the time of writing the game isn’t listed on the PlayStation Store yet.
