Panzer Dragoon: Remake is expected to hit Limited Run Games warehouses by the end of the week and they expect to start shipping the Standard and then Classic edition over the next few weeks.
After a number of delays, it looks like the Limited Run Games physical editions of Panzer Dragoon: Remake are almost here. In a full page shipping progress update, Limited Run Games apologised for the delay and provided the following details about Panzer Dragoon specifically:
Panzer Dragoon Remake: The first standard editions should hit our warehouse at the end of this week. This sale will be prioritized and will start shipping as soon as it possibly can. To reconfirm our previous email about this game: the extremely important 1.3 patch is included on the cartridge. Waiting to include that patch is the main reason this release ended up so delayed.
Limited Run Games gives some further details about the delay, talking about the pandemic, and says on Twitter: “Thanks in advance for your support and understanding!” Josh Fairhurst has also provided some more details following the official update:
Panzer Dragoon is addressed in it’s entirety here. It’s going to be shipping over the course of the next few weeks. Since the standard editions are inside the classic editions, those will go out first, but classic editions will not be far behind and will ship a few days after SEs
It’s worth mentioning that you can also pre-order the Limited Run Games version of Panzer Dragoon: Remake over on Best Buy for $39.99. The release date on Best Buy is marked as the 15th of December, 2020.
