Soldier: Got it Lieutenant!

A man with a big black moustache approaches and looks at the monitor reading:

According to the captain of the “Skiads”, the Empire has forgotten Elpis. No one will be there to “greet” you, so no worries. Finally some good news! We want you to fully concentrate yourselves on the task at hands. Your aiding caravan isn’t very far: they are heading your way. All goes well and we expect the very best from the very best. We are sending you some information: important data concerning the “Cælum Suos” in general that you must be aware of. Some hints about your surroundings are also included. Good luck!

“Cælum Suos” - important info:

All of the following are equally important:

1-Either alive or dead we need them. If we are to do a proper study we have to possess a considerable amount of biological info regarding them. History (even if not ours) tells us that it might be very difficult but you are equipped like none of the ones who came before you.

2-It is said that the riders are gifted with a high IQ; but we also know that their lost has some sort of bad influence in the creatures. We don’t know exactly what might happen but it will certainly permit you to take some kind of advantage from the whole situation.

3-Protect each other like your own life depends on it: it might!

4-We think it is obvious that the project must remain a secret. No one, absolutely no one must know! Even if you are in a tough situation (an hypothetical conjecture of course, since you will have everything and everyone helping you) you must not tell anyone about your situation or your mission. We could get in danger!

5-Supplies must be treasured even if they are abundant.

Elpis and it’s surroundings:

1-A strange form of dracolyth is known to have been lurking around that area; a threat to the nearby caravans and nomad packs but no match for you. If you find any specimen you might as well bring it with you so we can do an analysis.

2-Natural supplies are scarce now due to the cataclysm responsible for Elpis’ own death. However the area was never known for its agriculture even before that happened.

Fenah: That is right soldier. Send it right away! We wouldn’t want our explorers to think we forgot about such important details now would we?

After pondering his own words the middle-aged man started laughing while the soldier smiled at him trying to hide his true feelings towards Fenah. He never liked him. No one liked Fenah as a leader: he was a little immature sometimes.
