Panzer Dragoon: Remake has launched digitally on Xbox consoles, including Xbox One (S), Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X!
Today marks the launch of Panzer Dragoon: Remake on the Xbox family of consoles. Monika Ginter, community manager for Forever Entertainment, previously confirmed on Discord that the game would be dropping on the Xbox Store at 00:00 UTC, and an official tweet from @PanzerDragoonRE confirms that the game is now available.
This is a digital release, featuring support for both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, the game is marked as “Xbox One X Enhanced” on the official store page for the game. The description is as follows:
A new, remade version of the Panzer Dragoon game – true to the original, with improved graphics and controls, that suit modern gaming standards!
On a far, lone planet, you encounter two dragons awaken from the ancient times. Armed with a deadly gun from the past, and the guidance of your armored blue dragon, you must fulfill your destiny and keep the Prototype Dragon from reaching the Tower or die trying.
The game sells for NZ$36.40, or US$24.99. It’s great to see another Panzer Dragoon game arrive on Xbox, following Smilebit’s Panzer Dragoon Orta from 2002.
