Crimson Dragon Websites

By Solo Wing

Some of these websites have been around for a while now, while others contain fresh content.

The first site is the Grounding Inc. site, the official website of the creators of Crimson Dragon. There are English and Japanese versions, although the Japanese version has considerably more content than the English version. On the English version you’ll find some information and screenshots about the game, including a statement that Crimson Dragon will be powered by the Unreal Engine 3 (used by many modern games and created by Epic for games such as Gears of War). The Japanese version contains more content, including information about other Grounding projects and an online shop.

Grounding Inc. can also be followed on Twitter and liked on Facebook although these pages are only available in Japanese.

I recently linked to the English Crimson Dragon page on Xbox.com, and it turns out that there is a Japanese page as well. Like Grounding’s website, it contains significantly more content than the English version. Although automatic translations by services such as Google Translate aren’t perfect, I found the Info page very interesting, along with the Glossary page. The Glossary contains a list of names used in Crimson Dragon, as well as some background plot details to go with each. I’ve leave you to discover the site for yourself, although I will say that when I read the name of a particular faction from Crimson Dragon, the Panzer Dragoon Saga fan in me felt a warm glow inside.

I’ve added all of these websites to the Links section for future reference.
