The timbre and instrumentation resembles Panzer Dragoon Saga. Similarities: strings and flute style, ghungroo rhythms over taikos and gamelaney style-infusion ('Giant Warship', 'Interception' and 'Atolm Theme').
This is about language. Timbre/instrumentation sounds are not too far off from Saga ('Shelcoof', 'Chaos Amongst Silence'). Dynamic range/mood of this track comparatively varies in it's agile peaks, pronouncing emotional imminence throughout.
Strings, arpeggios, big drums, horns, and dreamy stuff. Just like a Panzer Dragoon Saga track might consist of.

SuperGreenX teamed up with pianist-ReMixer Michael Contraveos for this track, a remix of "Ancient Weapon" from Panzer Dragoon Orta.
The "Main Title" theme of the original Panzer Dragoon. The rhythm track here hinges on the repetitive bongo groove because too much percussive motion would have distracted from the rising flute melody.
A remastered version of the track "Atolm Dragon" from Panzer Dragoon Saga.
A remix of the Panzer Dragoon Zwei track "The Great Ravine". The artist tried to make the melody itself prominent, as well as evoke a tribal sound.
Inspired by Panzer Dragoon Saga, 'Reawaken' represents Edge's reawakening after Panzer Dragoon Saga to a reality of compassion in a world no longer under the dominion of the Towers.
Looped Version of "The Unexpected Enemy" from Yayoi Wachi found on Panzer Dragoon II Zwei Original Soundtrack. You can hear this track while fighting the Guardian Dragon in Georgius (Disc 2).

The composition can be taken as a springboard track, the diverging musical language compared to Saga hopefully gives folks an idea of how Saga could be proceeded with a very diverse range of scenarios in the Panzer world.
Edge is leaving the Tower and is shown how the Ancients began forcing the rest of the world down a path to such a reality.
